Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before the start time. If clients cancel within the 2 hour period prior to their appointment, a 100% fee of the service scheduled will be charged. If clients are a no-show, a 100% fee of the service scheduled will be charged. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late to their appointment start time will have a 100% fee of the service scheduled charged, and they will need to rebook. All work is guaranteed for up to 5 days. Policies are subject to change at any time for any reason.
